Computers have become an integrated part of life, similar to how roots grow into soil. Our daily lives revolve around managing our schedules, payments, communication, business, and more. During my career, I have honed my skills working with computers on a daily basis. After attaining my CompTIA A+ certification, I entered the hospitality industry, where I gained insight into socializing, human behavior, communication skills, built some relationships and learned from experiences.

Still, I yearned for working with computers. I am grateful to have been recruited by a Smartsheet partner company in Stellenbosch where I became Solution Professional certified and have been permanently employed for 11 months, and counting. Additionally, I have over 15 years of computer experience. My goal is to teach the basics of computer knowledge, so that everyone can comfortably navigate the basics of a modern computer.
